Proposal Details
Users have asked us to provide the text of shareholder proposals. (Up until now we’ve just provided a brief description, e.g. “Separate Chairman and CEO”.) We’ve now started doing this (providing not just the proposal text but also management’s statement and the names of the filers), and you can see an example for Monday’s meeting at Whole Foods. Right now only admin users can add this detail but ultimately we’d like to open it up and “crowdsource” a bit. Let me know what you think.
