Votes on upcoming meetings

I’ve been getting a lot of feedback since our December update, and we are working on both expanding the data and introducing some new features to help users understand it.

In January we started collecting votes on ucpoming meetings from a few of the institutions in our database — CalPERS, CBIS, Calvert, and Domini — all of which are publishing intended votes on their websites. These institutions are among the most committed shareholder advocates out there, as demonstrated by their interest in publicizing their planned votes on upcoming meetings.

We hope to use collected votes from these and other institutions (and ultimately, you!) to help other shareholders participate in proxy voting at lower cost, and we have some exciting ideas for doing that going forward. For now, you can find these votes under the new Meetings tab or under each institution’s meetings list (CBIS, Calvert, Domini, CalPERS).
